ABOUT

Bad English was an American/English supergroup that became famous during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The lineup consisted of Jonathan Cain (keyboards), Deen Castronovo (drums), Ricky Phillips (bass), Neal Schon (guitar), and John Waite (vocals). Phillips and Waite were previously members of The Babys, Castronovo and Schon were members of Journey, and Cain was a member of both bands. The group's many hits include the chart-topping "When I See You Smile" (1989).
