Buddy Starcher (March 16, 1906 - November 2, 2001) was a country singer-songwriter best remembered for the 1966 Top 40 hit, "History Repeats Itself," a mostly spoken narrative with a musical background about the similarities between the assassinations of Presidents Lincoln and Kennedy.
