Rush was a highly acclaimed Canadian rock band formed in Toronto that became famous during the late 1970s-1980s. The classic lineup consisted of Alex Lifeson (guitars), Neil Peart (drums, lyrics), and lead singer Geddy Lee (bass, keyboards).
