BILLY VERA AND JUDY CLAY - Songs

R&B duet. Best known songs include the 1968 hits "Country Girl - City Man" and "Storybook Children." Vera is a pop singer, songwriter, actor, and rock historian. He embarked on a solo career in the 1980s with his band, the Beaters. Clay (d. 19th July 2001) was a soul singer who, over the years, had performed both solo and as part of an R&B duet.
