Dean & Marc were a vocal duo consisting of brothers Dean and Marc Mathis who became famous during the late 1950s and later formed The Newbeats (of "Bread And Butter" fame) with Larry Henley. They are best known for "Tell Him No" (1959), which became a Top 10 hit for Travis & Bob that same year.
