Doris Day (April 3, 1922 - May 13, 2019) was a beloved singer and movie star who became famous beginning in the early 1940s. Her long string of hits includes the chart-topping "Love Somebody" (1940), "A Guy Is A Guy" (1952), and "Secret Love" (1954), the latter featured in the soundtrack to "Calamity Jane" (1953) in which she played the title role. She also starred in several other movies during the 1950s and 1960s and had her own TV show from 1968-1973.
