Bulee "Slim" Gaillard (January 9, 1911 - February 26, 1991), also known as McVouty, was a jazz singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and polyglot known for his comedic vocalese singing and word play using a language he invented called "Vout-o-Reenee." His best known songs include the novelty smash, "Cement Mixer (Put-Ti, Put-Ti)" (1946, billed as the Slim Gaillard Trio).
