ABOUT
Singer and actress Darlene Love charted with several solo songs in the early 1960s and was the lead singer for the Blossoms. Love's best known solo songs include "(Today I Met) The Boy I'm Gonna Marry" (1963) and "Wait Til' My Bobby Gets Home" (1963). She sang the lead for the Crystals' "He's A Rebel" (1962) and "He's Sure The Boy I Love" (1963). She also sang the lead for a number of songs by Bob B. Soxx and the Blue Jeans.
