The Intrigues were an R&B group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that became famous during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Formed in 1968, the lineup consisted of Alfred Brown, Ronald Hamilton, James Harris, and James Lee. Best known for the soulful and upbeat "In A Moment" (1969), an R&B Top 10 smash which made the Pop/Rock Top 40 and became their biggest crossover success, other hits include "I'm Gonna Love You" (1969), and "The Language Of Love" (1971).
