The Marcels
- Blue Moon 1961
(This oldies classic, which topped both the R&B and Pop/Rock charts, is a doo-wop version of a Rogers & Hart ballad going back to 1935 when Glen Gray's version made the Top 10 that year. This song also became a hit for Elvis Presley (1956), Herb Lance (1961), and the Ventures (1961).)
