During the week of February 23, 2020, it was announced that Paul Williams will be presented with the prestigious Johnny Mercer Award at the Songwriters Hall of Fame's Induction & Awards dinner taking place June 11 in New York City. Williams' numerous songwriting credits include The Carpenters' "We've Only Just Begun," Barbra Streisand's "Evergreen" (from "A Star Is Born"), and Three Dog Night's "An Old Fashioned Love Song."

Also that week, Elton John set a new Billboard chart record with "Ordinary Man," a duet performed with Ozzy Osbourne which is the title track to the heavy metal legend's latest album. This song debuted on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs chart, making this Elton John's first appearance on that ranking in over 27 years, the longest gap to date that any band or artist has gone in between appearing on that chart.

A new 12-part documentary about Bob Marley made its debut on YouTube with its first episode, "75 Years A Legend," a commemoration of what would have been his 75th birthday. Titled "Bob Marley: Legacy," this series features music by the late reggae legend and interviews with family members, friends, and fans.

Also that week, AXS TV announced an upcoming special, "Eddie Money Tribute Concert," that captures a recent all-star show held in honor of the late rock star. This two-hour special, to premiere March 22, 2020, features performances by Sammy Hagar, Mickey Thomas of Starship, Tommy Tutone, and more. AXS will also pay tribute with a marathon screening of Money's reality TV show, "Real Money," beginning March 21 on what would have been his 71st birthday.

Finally, a new book by Jenny Boyd titled "Jennifer Juniper: A Journey Beyond The Muse" will be coming out on March 26, 2020. In this upcoming memoir, Boyd remembers her time as Donovan's muse, her days with The Beatles as a member of their entourage in India, and her marriage to Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac. She is the younger sister of Pattie Boyd, George Harrison's first wife who later married Eric Clapton. Boyd earned her Ph.D. in human behavior and is currently an author and speaker.
