During the week of December 5, 2021, The Beatles' "Let It Be" topped Billboard's Top Rock Albums chart in the wake of the recent premiere of the docuseries, "The Beatles - Get Back."

Also that week, the Recording Academy announced that Bonnie Raitt will be honored with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. The 64th annual Grammy Awards will air January 31, 2022 on CBS, and Raitt will be presented with her award the day before at the Special Merit Awards and 64th Annual Grammy Nominees Reception event taking place at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles.

Ringo Starr will be among the guest performers at the upcoming fifth annual edition of Joe Walsh's VetsAid charity concert. Dubbed "VetsAid 2021: The Basement Show," this event will take place virtually on December 18, 2021 and will stream live from Walsh's basement studio via Veeps.com.

Finally, rare interviews of all four Beatles members from around the late 1960s were minted into NFTs and went to auction. Excerpts of the interviews are available on the Voices of Classic Rock Archive (VOCR) website where the auction took place.
