During the week of October 23, 2022, the world bade a final farewell to rock & roll legend and pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis (September 29, 1935 - October 28, 2022) who took the world by storm during the late 1950s with such classics as "Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On" and "Great Balls Of Fire." Nicknamed "The Killer," he was famous for his dazzling, frenetic piano style and his wild, energetic stage presence.
Also that week, Graceland announced the schedule of events for Elvis Presley's 88th birthday celebration to take place January 5-8, 2023.
