April 9, 2023 by Amy Gold

During the week of April 2, 2023, Pink Floyd returned to the U.S. charts with "The Dark Side Of The Moon - Live At Wembley, London, 1974," which was released last month. This archival recording debuted at no. 49 on the Billboard 200 and landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard Top Album Sales, Top Current Album Sales, Top Rock Albums, and Vinyl Albums charts.

Also that week, country star Tanya Tucker, a longtime Pop/Rock crossover favorite since the mid 1970s when she launched her career in the early 1970s with her rendition of "Delta Dawn" and other hits, was announced as one of this year's inductees into the Country Music Hall of Fame. The awards ceremonies will take place sometime this fall.

Graceland announced its plans for 2023 Elvis Week to take place August 9-17 in Memphis, TN. In addition to a candlelight vigil, other activities will include the Aloha From Hawaii 50th Anniversary Concert and a celebration of the 55th anniversary of the 1968 NBC comeback special.
