During the week of August 20, 2023, it was announced that the new documentary, In Restless Dreams - The Music Of Paul Simon, will make its world premiere September 9 at the Toronto Film Festival and debut in the U.S. at the Camden International Film Festival taking place September 14-17 at venues in Camden and Rockland, Maine. This movie covers Simon's life and career from his childhood in Queens through his work with Art Garfunkel and beyond.
AXS TV is teaming up with SPIN for "SPIN's 100 Greatest Rock Stars Since That Was A Thing," a new series inspired by a list of rock's all-time top acts the magazine introduced in 2021. This special, which premieres October 2, 2023, will feature such veteran artists as Syd Barrett, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Nicks, Jimmy Page, Elvis Presley, and Grace Slick, along with a number of more contemporary performers.
Also that week, it was announced that Eddy Grant, Janis Joplin, and The Kinks are among the 2023 inductees for London's Music Walk of Fame. The awards ceremonies will take place the week of September 4-9 across the north London borough of Camden.

Ray Hildebrand (December 21, 1940 - August 18, 2023): Famed singer and songwriter who was one half of the pop duo, Paul & Paula, best known for the 1962 smash, "Hey Paula"
Bernie Marsden (May 7, 1951 - August 24, 2023): Famed rock/blues guitarist and original member of Whitesnake who wrote/co-wrote many of the band's biggest hits
