During the week of June 25, 2023, another historic Beatles memorabilia item went on the auction block - a contract signed by all four members in 1974 signaling the official end of the legendary rock band, giving each member their independence from each other to pursue their own projects solely and as individuals. Also that week, it was announced that a long-lost Steely Dan song has resurfaced online for the very first time. Titled "The Second Arrangement," this though-to-be-lost track was erased by a studio technician in 1979, but the family of the band's late longtime engineer, Roger Nichols, recently uncovered a previously unknown copy. "Johnny Cash - The Official Concert Experience," a new multimedia presentation combining archival footage of "The Johnny Cash Show" with live performances of the late music legend's hits by various contemporary artists, will premiere October 14, 2023 in Fayetteville, AR before embarking on a 85+ city tour across North America through spring 2024. Also that week, it was announced that "Reinventing Elvis: The '68 Comeback" will premiere August 15, 2023 on Paramount+, one day ahead of the 46th anniversary of The King's passing. This new documentary, which features interviews with various experts as well as concert attendees, provides a detailed behind-the-scenes look at Presley's hugely popular comeback special which originally aired December 3, 1968. This movie will have a limited run in theaters ahead of its streaming debut.

Finally, Frankie Valli married 60-year-old Jackie Jacobs, a former CBS marketing executive, making this the fourth marriage for the 89-year-old pop legend and longtime frontman of The Four Seasons. The happy couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Las Vegas with "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" playing in the background.
