During the week of October 8, 2023, the world bade a final farewell to Isley Brothers co-founder Rudolph Isley who co-wrote "Shout," "It's Your Thing," "That Lady," "Fight The Power," and other top hits. Isley left in 1989 to become a minister and was later inducted as a member of the group into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

The official trailer was released for the upcoming documentary, "The Stones And Brian Jones," which covers the co-founder's time with The Rolling Stones during the band's early days. This movie will come to theaters on November 7, 2023 before it is released digitally on November 17.

Also that week, it was announced that "Music, Money, Madness ... Jimi Hendrix In Maui" will get a special screening on October 25 in New York City at Manhattan's LOOK Dine-In Cinemas W57. Visit jimihendrixmaui.com for more info and tickets.

Finally, former CCR frontman John Fogerty recently purchased Sylvester Stallone's 2.2-acre ranch in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley for $17.2 million. In addition to the main house, this property includes a guest house, a large cabana, a horse barn, an arena for horse riding, and more.
