ABOUT

Alphaville is a veteran German synth-pop band that became famous during the mid 1980s. Formed in 1982, the original lineup consistd of Bernhard Lloyd, Frank Mertens, and lead singer Marian Gold. Their best known songs in the U.S. include "Big In Japan" (1984) and "Forever Young" (1985, 1988 - not to be confused with the same-named Rod Stewart hit).
