Andrea Carroll (b. 1946) is a former pop singer and actress from Cleveland, OH who made her debut at age 3 on "The Gene Carroll Show" and became famous during the early 1960s. She is best known for the catchy "It Hurts To Be Sixteen" (1963), with backing vocals provided by The Chiffons, which she recorded at age 16. She later on became a therapist and acting coach.
