Andrew "Andy" Stewart MBE (December 30, 1933 - October 11, 1993) was a Scottish singer, songwriter, and comedian. He is best remembered in the U.S. for two self-penned 1961 hits: the comic "Donald Where's Your Troosers?" and the patriotic "A Scottish Soldier."
