April Stevens (b. Carol Vincinette LoTempio, April 29, 1929) is a pop singer with a long career who became famous beginning in the 1950s. With her brother, Nino Tempo, she topped the charts in 1963 with "Deep Purple," which won that year's Grammy for Best Rock and Roll Record.
