Art Linkletter (July 17, 1912 - May 26, 2010, b. Arthur Gordon Kelly) was a beloved Canadian-born American radio and TV personality and longtime host of "House Party" who became famous as a recording artist during the late 1960s. He made a splash on the Pop/Rock charts with the poignant "We Love You, Call Collect" (1969), a Grammy-winning narrative released soon after his daughter Diane's death by suicide on October 4, 1969.
