The Art Of Noise was an English avant-garde synth-pop group that became famous during the 1980s. Their best known songs in the U.S. include "Paranoimia" (1968, with Max Headroom) and "Kiss" (1988, with Tom Jones), which both made the Pop/Rock Top 40. They also had a Top 10 hit on the R&B charts in 1984 with the instrumental, "Beat Box."
