ABOUT

The Avant-Garde was a short-lived psychedelic pop group consisting of Chuck Woolery, Elkin "Bubba" Fowler, and several backing session musicians that became famous during the late 1960s. They are best known for the trippy "Naturally Stoned" (1968), a Top 40 hit. Woolery later hosted TV's "Wheel Of Fortune" and "Love Connection."
