Barry Gordon

ABOUT

Barry Gordon is a highly acclaimed and veteran actor, political talk show host, voice actor, and singer best known for voicing Donatello and Bebop in the 1987 animated series "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." In 1955, at age 13, he made a splash on the Pop/Rock charts with the Top 10 holiday novelty smash, "Nuttin' for Christmas," and had another hit the following year with "Rock Around Mother Goose" (1956). Gordon received a Tony Award nomination in 1963 for his performance on Broadway in "A Thousand Clowns." In 1988, he became the longest-serving president of the Screen Actors Guild, serving through 1995.
