September 30, 1959), better known professionally by just her first name, is a veteran Polish jazz/pop singer and songwriter who became famous during the late 1980s and early 1990s. She is best known in the U.S. for "Time And Tide" (1988) and "Cruising For Bruising" (1990), which both became Top 40 hits.
