Beatrice Kay (April 21, 1907 - November 8, 1986, b. Hannah Beatrice Kuper) was a singer, vaudevillian, music hall performer, and actress of stage and film who became famous during the late 1940s. As a recording artist, she is best known for the lighthearted Top 40 novelty smash, "I've Been Waitin' For Your Phone Call For Eighteen Years" (1949).
