Berlin is a veteran new wave band from Los Angeles that became famous during the 1980s. The classic lineup consisted of John Crawford (main songwriter, bass, synthesizer, vocals), David Diamond (keyboards, guitar), Rod Learned (drums), Ric Olsen (lead guitar), Matt Reid (keyboards), and lead singer Terri Nunn. Their best known songs include the chart-topping ballad, "Take My Breath Away" (1986).
