Bill Champlin (b. 1947) is a Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, producer, and arranger who first became famous during the mid 1960s as the leader of Sons of Champlin before joining Chicago in 1982. As a solo artist, he is best known for the soft rock ballads, "Tonight Tonight" (1981) and "Sara" (1982).
