Bob James is a jazz keyboardist, arranger, and producer who became famous as a recording artist during the mid 1970s. He is best known for his soothing instrumental hit cover of Roberta Flack's "Feel Like Making Love" (1974). James founded the band Fourplay and wrote "Angela," the theme song for the TV show "Taxi."
