Bobby Comstock (December 29, 1941 - January 9, 2020) was a pop/rock & roll singer from Ithaca, NY who became famous during the late 1950s and early 1960s both solo and as a member of Bobby Comstock & The Counts. Their best known songs include their hit remakes of Patti Pages' "Tennessee Waltz" (1959) and Hank Williams' "Jambalaya" (1960). Other hits include "Your Boyfriend's Back" (1963), an answer song to The Angels' "My Boyfriend's Back."
