Bobby McFerrin (b. 1950) is a multi-Grammy-winning jazz singer, songwriter, and conductor with an improvisational, fluid vocal style who became famous during the late 1980s. He is best known for the a cappella, calypso-styled "Don't Worry Be Happy" (1988), which topped the Pop/Rock charts.
