Mary Joan Okum (October 27, 1924 - December 8, 2015), better known professionally as Bonnie Lou, was a highly acclaimed and pioneering country/rockabilly singer and radio/TV host who became famous during the 1950s. She had two Top 10 hits on the Country charts in 1953 with "Seven Lonely Days" and "Tennessee Wig Walk" and had her greatest Pop/Rock crossover success in 1955 with the Top 20 hit, "Daddy-O."
