ABOUT
The Boys In The Band were a short-lived, multi-membered R&B studio group formed by Herman Lewis Griffin that became famous during the early 1970s. They are best known for "Money Music" (1970), which made the R&B Top 40. They also had a minor hit on the Pop/Rock charts with the upbeat Jerry Lieber/Mike Stoller-penned "(How Bout A Little Hand For) The Boys In The Band" (1970) which is part of the soundtrack to "The Phynx" (1970).
