ABOUT

Brian Holland is a highly acclaimed and veteran songwriter, producer, and arranger who became famous beginning in the 1960s as one-third of the famed Motown hitmaking team, Holland-Dozier-Holland, that also consisted of Lamont Dozier and brother Eddie Holland. As a performing artist, Brian Holland is best known for the soulful "Why Can't We Be Lovers" (1972) and "Don't Leave Me Starvin' For Your Love (Part 1)" (1973). Holland-Dozier-Holland were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.
