The Chanters


The Chanters were a doo-wop group from Queens, NY led by Larry Pendergrass that became famous during the early 1960s (not to be confused with Billy Butler's Chanters). They are best known for the uptempo and catchy "No, No, No" (1961), a Top 10 R&B hit.
