Charlene Marilynn Oliver (b. 1950), better known professionally by her first name only, is a veteran singer, songwriter, producer, and author who became famous during the early 1980s. She is best known for the smash soft rock ballad, "I've Never Been To Me," which first charted in 1977 and later recharted in 1982 and became a top hit in the U.S. as well as many countries worldwide.
