Charles Wolcott (September 29, 1906 - January 26, 1987) was a pianist, composer, and arranger with a long career in Hollywood writing music for cartoon shorts and feature films. He had two hits on the Pop charts with "Tico-Tico" (1944) as featured in "Saludos Amigos" and "Ruby Duby Du From Key Witness" (1960).
