ABOUT

Chic (currently known as Nile Rodgers & Chic) is a highly acclaimed and veteran disco/funk group formed in New York City by Nile Rodgers (guitar) and Bernard Evans (bass) that became famous beginning in the late 1970s. Their best known songs include such disco classics as "Le Freak" (1978) and "Good Times" (1979) which both topped the Pop/Rock and R&B charts.
