Clarence Clemons

Clarence Clemons (January 11, 1942 - June 18, 2011) was a highly acclaimed saxophonist and longtime member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band who became famous as a solo artist during the mid 1980s. He is best known for the Top 20 smash, "You're A Friend Of Mine" (1985), a duet with Jackson Browne with backing vocals provided by actress Daryl Hannah. Clemons was inducted posthumously into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band in 2014.
