Claude Gray (January 25, 1932 - April 28, 2023), nicknamed "The Tall Texan" due to his towering stature at 6'5", was a veteran country singer, songwriter, and guitarist with a smooth baritone and expressive style who became famous during the early 1960s. Best known for the heartfelt "Family Bible" (1960), a Top 10 hit on the Country charts, he had his biggest crossover success with "I'll Just Have Another Cup Of Coffee (Then I'll Go)" (1961).
