Connee Boswell (December 3, 1907 - October 11, 1976) was a highly acclaimed and influential jazz singer who began in the 1920s as a member of the hugely popular sibling group, The Boswell Sisters, before going solo in the late 1930s. Her best known songs include "On The Isle Of May" (1940), a Top 5 hit.
