Danny Wilson was a Scottish pop trio from Dundee consisting of Ged Grimes (bass, keyboards, backing vocals) and brothers Gary (lead vocals, guitars, keyboards, harmonica) and Kit Clark (guitars, backing and lead vocals, keyboards, harmonica, percussion) that became famous during the late 1980s. They are best known worldwide for "Mary's Prayer" (1987). Their group name was inspired by the 1952 movie, "Meet Danny Wilson," starring Frank Sinatra.
