Daryl Hall (b. Daryl Franklin Hohl) is a highly acclaimed and veteran rock, R&B, and soul singer who became famous beginning in the mid 1970s as one-half of the famed Hall & Oates soft rock duo. As a solo artist, he is best known for the Top 5 energetic rocker, "Dream Time" (1986). He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2004 and, with John Oates, into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2014.
