David Gardner (June 11, 1926 - September 22, 1983), aka Brother Dave Gardner, was a comedian, drummer, and singer with an outspoken, satirical style who became famous during the late 1950s and early 1960s. As a recording artist, he is best known for the Top 40 smash, "White Silver Sands" (1957).
