David Soul (b. David Richard Solberg) is an American-British singer and actor. He topped both the Adult Contemporary and Pop/Rock charts in 1977 with "Don't Give Up On Us" and from 1975-1979, he co-starred in the ABC hit TV series, "Starsky & Hutch."
