Deborah Allen


Deborah Allen (b. Deborah Lynn Thurmond, September 30, 1953) is a veteran country singer, songwriter, author, and actress who became famous beginning in the early 1980s. Her long string of hits on the Country charts includes the 1983 smash, "Baby I Lied," her greatest Pop/Rock crossover success. She has also written hit songs for Tanya Tucker, Patty Loveless, and other artists.
