Dick Thomas (September 4, 1915 - November 22, 2003) was a singing cowboy, songwriter, musician, and actor. He is best known for "Sioux City Sue," a Country charts topper he co-wrote with Ray Freedman which later became the title song (as performed by Gene Autry) to the 1946 movie.
