Dolores Gray (June 7, 1924 - June 26, 2002) was an actress and singer with a powerful voice and stage presence who became famous during the 1950s. She had several hits on the Pop charts that include "Shrimp Boats" (1951), which made the Top 20. Best known for her stage work, which earned her a Tony Award in 1954, she also co-starred and performed in several movie musicals that include "Kismet" (1955), "It's Always Fair Weather" (1955), and "The Opposite Sex" (1956).
