Don Fardon is a veteran English pop singer who became famous during the late 1960s. He is best known for his hit cover of the John D. Loudermilk-penned "(The Lament Of The Cherokee) Indian Reservation" (1968), a Top 20 hit and million-seller. This epic oldies classic later topped the charts for The Raiders in 1971.
